Candice was most recently the Head of People at TradeZero. She focuses on executive and leadership coaching, organizational design and strategy, culture and talent acquisition. Prior to joining TradeZero, she served as the Director of Culture and Organizational Design for Combs Enterprises. In this capacity, she worked hand in hand with the President, Chairman and heads of each portfolio advising and managing team growth, strategy, and culture on behalf of Mr. Combs. Candice's organizational design background was founded at Bridgewater Associates, the worlds largest hedge fund. While there, she spent her time working directly for the Head of Trading, Client Service and Research. She managed team design, culture and talent acquisition for the firm's senior investment teams, including building international teams. She started her career in international relations prior to entering the financial services industry. She was a Program Director HDI, where she ran international delegations for members of the U.S. Congress and United Nations. She holds her Masters in International Relations, with a focus in Trade and Development, from Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Baruch College.
