Misti Snow is an accomplished Operations Executive specializing in fintech architecture. She recently held a position as SVP, Operations and founding member of loanDepot Wholesale. Known for her gritty solution style, Misti was charged with engineering the long-term strategic vision for the company. Over the course of 9 years, she built LDW from start-up to a top 5 category leader, multi-billion dollar, nationwide operation. Before loanDepot, Snow served as a founding member and engineer of multiple start-up to multi-billion dollar growth finance technology firms such as Lending Tree, Bear Stearns Residential and E*Trade Financial where she engineered proprietary technology solutions for customer and internal facing automated workflows. Misti prides herself in her ability to create controlled structure with flexibility for growth, swiftly implement tech initiatives with precision and build inclusive, all-in cultures. She believes anything can be fixed with a stack of stickies, a whiteboard and a sharpie. As a self-starter, Snow has earned multiple recognitions during her 25 year career to include the Bear Stearns President Club, loanDepot's Chairman's Elite Choice and E*Trade's Employee of the Year. Misti comes from a long line of self-taught engineers. Staying true to her roots, she is currently working under the company name, GRITT as a fractional fintech advisor.
