I am a software engineer with around 8 years of experience working on the design and development of backend services for the device data flow and processing for products like Azure IoT and Amazon Prime Video leveraging the Azure and AWS stacks while working with a variety of languages like Go, Typescript and Java among others over the years. My computer science background from my bachelors at Visvesvaraya Technological University, and work at Infosys with .NET was further supplemented with my masters at UC Irvine. Here, I gained additional insight and experience with different aspects of UI and design, and how mediums like motion capture and virtual reality can be used to convey and complete the comprehensible picture seen by users, but woven through by microservices and configured infrastructure behind-the scenes. Outside of this, I have organized mentoring rings and non-profit collaborations; have been a mentor for Community for Youth, Girls Who Code etc. and also, designed logos and posters using Photoshop and Canva for local events and causes on a voluntary basis.
