Content Strategist/UX Writer
Who am I? After 13 years of experience working in UX as a project/program manager, I realized I was sitting in the wrong seat, and had to make a change. Not only do I love to write -- I'm naturally creative and enjoy solving problems for users, designing within complex ecosystems. I excel in stakeholder management, understanding context, and making data-driven decisions. I once helped 80 PMMs with disparate products and needs come to consensus on a new design framework. It was a bear of a challenge -- but we emerged, victorious! Check out the case study (password: rosetta)! What makes me stand out I bring a diverse perspective to the conversation, having worked in digital media across many different industries and segments, crafting and delivering messages to varied audiences. I've always been a writer in one way or another. Having lived all over the world I bring a global mindset to every conversation-- understanding the intricacies of language, geography, behavior, compliance, and culture. I'm adaptable, and in addition to being a native English speaker/writer, I'm proficient in French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Language is top of mind for me. I don't look like everyone in the room, and I believe in an ever changing world, a unique perspective is one of the biggest assets I bring to the table.
