I am also the Founder of InFUUSE (Launching March 2023), An Intelligent Inbound Conversation platform that sits between the intersection of humanization and artificial intelligence. We are on a mission to help 2 million U.S. based SMBs fill a much-needed mission critical revenue gap while disrupting the way we view customer experience moving forward. **InFUUSE was selected by the USHCC to participate in a supplier diversity capacity building program powered by Blue Wave. The Blue Wave Supplier Development Program prepares participants to be more successful to do business with Fortune 500 corporations who are seeking to better diversify their supply chain and deliver improved Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) corporate targets. When I am not busy launching, helping companies that are in alignment grow and creating -- I love to mentor Gen Z start-up founders, am passionate about climate change, mental health, DEI and more. I am also the mother of a Gen Z son who is a freshman in college and my rescue pittie who I lovingly call, "Sir Benjamin".
