Before coaching, Chelsea worked as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer for a top leadership education firm in New York City and led a team of 200+ people as the National Director of Talent Operations at Flywheel Sports. While at Flywheel, she navigated organizational change with high adaptability while remaining rooted in her own and the team’s values.
