I'm a lawyer, 2x founder and CEO, and innovator who enjoys working with early stage companies to improve operational structure for growth. TI have grown and scaled a company from 1 employee to over 20, setting the strategic goals for a 5-year growth trajectory and building our product from scratch to public launch. In my last company, Empower Global, I focused on building culture, designing the Mission, Vision, and Purpose of the company and maintaining a 0% voluntary attrition rate during my tenure as CEO. After this experience, I am excited about the possibility of partnering with executive leadership in burgeoning businesses to ensure cross-functional strategies are aligned and teams are supported. Since my tenure as CEO of my own startup, I have spent my time consulting with young startups and organizations as a Fractional COO, which has equipped me to efficiently oversee and implement processes, tools, and culture, as well as ensure efficient planning and coordination within small and medium-sized companies to help the organization achieve strategic goals. I have found my passion in supporting executive leadership and bringing organizational excellence and strategic oversight to growing institutions.
