I have over fifteen years of substantial corporate, non-profit, and political campaign full-cycle managerial accounting experience. Through my previous roles, I have managed corporations, 501(c)(3)(4)(6) tax-exempt organizations, and political campaigns located in San Francisco and other parts of the United States. My forte lies in full-cycle accounting services such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation processes, fund accounting procedures, cost analysis techniques, deferred revenue management strategies, financial reporting tools, budgeting plan creation, and forecasting estimations, along with cash flow monitoring systems. Furthermore, I have successfully managed human resources operations alongside payroll operations, including reconciliations, while managing teams of up to five personnel (remotely or onsite). Additionally, I am skilled at overseeing startups by implementing software and system infrastructure from scratch. Lastly but importantly, forming businesses has also been one of my most frequently recurring tasks throughout my career path so far. Through all this expertise acquired over the past decade and a half – I am confident that I can provide excellent quality assurance regarding equity control solutions and compliance regulations for any organization out there! My goal is to always ensure mutually beneficial partnerships are established between myself and clients alike.
