I have worked for Amazon for the last 11 months. This felt like a dream job with a dream team. I am so internally content and pumped up for the next opportunity that will come my way. I am currently working on the central global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) team at Amazon. This role has given my comms perspective a new direction. I have started to think differently in terms of considering all kinds of perspectives and bringing an inclusive communications plan to the table. This role encouraged me to nurture the rebel inside me and make sure the communication plan I make ticks all boxes from an inclusion lens.
