Executive Business Partner
During my tenure at Nowsta as an Executive Business Partner from May 2022 to March 2024, I provided comprehensive support to 7 executive team members, ensuring smooth calendaring and facilitating cross-departmental initiatives. As the Jr. Chief of Staff, I meticulously monitored information flow, acted as a liaison for the CEO with other executives and stakeholders, and oversaw large-scale projects, driving them to completion ahead of schedule. Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment of foundational processes for Talent and People Operations departments, managed all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and championed a culture of engagement and high performance. My multifaceted role also involved sales and marketing support, where I collaborated with sales leadership to align onboarding processes with company goals and values, facilitated enablement events, and managed vendor relationships for event-related needs.
