Kristen Isaac, MPH has over ten years of experience in managing projects and programs. She has a background in business operations and workflow development and improvement. As a change management consultant she has led numerous projects from conception to implementation. Kristen is an analytical and conceptual thinker who effectively partners with stakeholders to accomplish goals. She has used these skills to develop and launch new processes, planning and implementation of strategic plans, training teams on new technology, grow employee resource groups, impact institutional policy change, facilitate leadership development and has developed programming to support workforce development and diversification. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science from Howard University and a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Strategic Change Management Certificate from Northwestern’s - Kellogg School of Management. Most recently she became a Master Trainer on Intercultural Creativity. She is also a Board Vice President for Spur Impact, a nonprofit organization.
