Program Manager / Project Manager
With over a decade of experience in strategy and partnerships, I help early-stage organizations achieve sustainable growth through people-centric solutions. I leverage market insights, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement to formulate and execute effective growth strategies. I thrive on discovering inventive avenues to address challenges and seize opportunities.
As a Program Manager at Techstars, I cultivated partnerships with entrepreneurial support organizations, oversaw the logistics and operations of the startup accelerator program, and made crucial investment decisions. As a startup advisor and consultant, I partnered with founders to build a data-driven culture, prioritize product needs, generate revenue, and raise funds. I also developed and led a training program for high-potential talent. Additionally, I am pursuing a master's degree in strategic public relations at The George Washington University, where I am expanding my skills and knowledge in political science, policy, and communication. I am also an active leader in the Tulsa community, serving as the immediate past chair of TYPROS, a young professionals network that fosters community growth and civic engagement.
My passion lies in fostering innovative thinking and translating it into practical solutions that catalyze meaningful change within organizations and individuals. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new perspectives, and collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
I currently reside in Oklahoma but I am wanting to relocate to the DMV area before the year ends. I am open to remote work and positions with relocation options/ opportunities.
