I am an HR and People Operations Consultant providing fractional support for organizations on a permanent or project basis. After leading People Ops for over a decade internally, I finally decided to take the leap at the end of 2021 working with small to medium-sized businesses as a fractional HR Business Partner.
I use data-driven decision-making to create solutions and challenge the status quo. I inspire and create a positive impact through relationship-building and communication skills. A problem-solver who is passionate about developing, promoting, and nurturing a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and welcome, I enhance the employee experience through empowerment, delivering results that increase outcomes, engagement, and retention.
While I have experience supporting small to large businesses, some with international presence, my specialty is working with start-ups needing to establish a people strategy and that need to rapidly scale up.
I support businesses through:
HR and People Ops Projects: recruitment, employee handbooks, job descriptions, performance management systems, employee relations investigations, DEIB data analysis, employee engagement programming, and more!
HR/People Ops Outsourcing: managing the HR functions for organizations either on a temporary (covering a leave of absence) or long-term basis (think a small business that does not need a person available 40 hours per week but does want to have a consistent person for their team to reach out to while freeing up operational leaderships time).
I also support through conducting stay interviews, exit interviews, and compiling data for organizations to improve the employee experience. Having a neutral third party consistently conducting these interviews helps companies receive more transparent and accurate results.
HR Training: small businesses often have someone such as an administrative assistant or finance team member take on the duties of HR when additional headcount is not warranted, I help set that person up for success through coaching and mentorship. It is a great way for businesses to invest in their employees’ development without overwhelming current team members and minimizing risks.
HR Consultation: Do you have a leader who could use a dedicated coach to get them to the next level? Are you hearing that a particular leader is phenomenal with the operations, but is lacking on the People Leadership side? Well, allow me to be part of the solution.
