As Director of Customer Success, Melanie Jones creates and drives key initiatives that help customers optimize value through the Runner platform. In addition, she serves as an advocate for customers at every step of their Runner journey. Melanie is dedicated to constantly improving customer results and enhancing the customer experience. She's responsible for defining and improving client outcomes and ensuring customer-centricity remains at the core of Runner's growth and company values. Prior to joining Runner, Melanie spent the past ten years in project management and account management. Melanie is a proud mom and native Texan based in Austin.
